Yuancheng factory has been developing, producing and testing disc brake pads and composition

brake shoes    for railway vehicles. It is our mission to develop products which feature a constant

freight cars and locomotives.

 

Materials:

- Consist of main material are Reinforcing Fiber, Organic/Inorganic filler and Resin bound

- Material not contain, Asbestos, Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn), mixture of Chromium (Cr), poisonous materials or dangers good.

- Material has level of high uniformity and small porosity.

- Material can't remove from backing plate when operate.

Friction of composite brake block with wheel doesn't make reek

 

Performance:

- Composite brake blocks do not make excessive wear on the surface of the wheel and brake block

- Composite brake blocks does not cause of wheel crack.

- Block brakes are not attached to the wheel during braking so it does not cause excessive friction between the 

   brake blocks and wheels.

- When the full brake  in wet conditions and load a blank, do not cause wheel slip
